To access the full functionality of f999c, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid mobile number and a password of your choosing. You must ensure that all information provided at registration and subsequently is accurate, current, and complete. f999c reserves the right to suspend or close any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before f999c will process any withdrawal request. f999c monitors Platform activity for patterns consistent with prohibited behaviour. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, f999c may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice. Any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited activity will be permanently forfeited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Unauthorised use of f999c's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f999c and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. f999c's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f999c does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. While f999c takes all reasonable technical precautions to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, third-party payment provider disruptions, or circumstances beyond f999c's reasonable control. f999c will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance windows in advance via the Platform.

f999c reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, f999c will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered users via their registered mobile number or email address. Non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications to existing provisions, may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and the operational policies of f999c as published on the Platform from time to time. f999c operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to SSL encryption, fair play certification, and player protection. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with f999c's support team should be escalated in writing to [email protected], where it will be reviewed by a senior member of the f999c operations team within 5 business days.
